Love the floral pattern of this rug, although the background is more of a navy than the black shown in Amazon product photos. I’ve added photos showing what rug looks like in both ambient natural light and direct sunlight. It’s really soft, similar to a plush blanket. Thicker than expected - definitely thicker than ruggable - and it’s comfortable without a rug pad underneath. I’m very happy with the rug, but took one star off because it’s still just a digitally printed pattern on the surface of the fabric, and the price is steep for that type of production. ... show more

Definitely a cloud pile very soft rug. The pattern is printed on but it doesn't really bother me even though I thought it might. If the fabric is brushed one way the print kind of looks more printed but maybe just also looks weathered in a nice way and if it's brushed the other way it looks more solid instead of printed. I wish it came in like an eight and a half foot length this is a 7 and 1/2 which is great too. The colors on the rug are not quite Navy maybe almost teal and the flowers are just slightly pink. I got the indigo color. I expected it to be slightly more green based on pictures but I am not bothered by the color that arrived. ... show more
