This rug is so soft and I love the subtle texture difference of the cream and grey. I used it on hardwood floors and put an inexpensive $25 nonslip type liner bad under it just to keep it in place. Love this rug. I expected it to be thin and it actually has some thickness to it. It is very soft and lays nicely even out of the package. The smell is that of new carpet and subsided in a matter of hours. It looks high end. Very pleased.

The color, thickness and softness of this rug is wonderful! However, the smell of the rug is awful!! It smells of chemicals and oil upon opening. The smell is so strong I can smell it just walking up the stairs and throughout the entire upstairs even with the door closed. In addition to the smell, it had dark grey stains along an entire edge of the rug. The rug came 100% sealed and wrapped up in plastic so I know it wasn’t due to transit. After letting the rug air out for two days in an empty room with windows opened.. I then had to steam clean it to help with the smell. The color of water after steam cleaning is very concerning for a brand new rug!! ... show more
