I had purchased from this brand once before and ended up sending it back because it was so flat and thin. So I was nervous about this one but the style and colors won me over. There were also reviews stating that you didn’t need an underpad, so that made me believe that it was heftier than the last one I tried. And yes! It’s perfect. It came rolled up and unrolled beautifully. It’s def a low cut rug, but it’s not flat and has a good substantial backing. AT LONG LAST! After way too much time spent hunting for an area rug, I took a chance on this one and am so pleasantly surprised! It’s the perfect neutral rug with flecks of beige, brown, and gray. Charcoal/sand. It is beautiful and very soft. I would give it 5 stars but I was not impressed with packaging. It came folded in thirds and then rolled with a sticker on shipping plastic that said to open immediately to avoid creases. Well I did open within moments of receiving and there were very pronounced creases where folded. One crease has relaxed but the other is still there. Hoping it will also relax. Also there is a smell.
