I received my rug today! I unwrapped it, put it in my room and vacuumed it twice before putting my furniture in place! I LOVE the quality of this rug. The edges are not curling and the fold marks are all but gone already. The color was exactly as shown! I was worried it would feel thin but that is definitely not the case. I bought two ivory/stone, they are gorgeous. Absolutely, no smell, it laid flat completely in a few hours, and the color was perfect. Very soft not cheap looking at all. It’s thicker than those other area rugs for the price. I didn’t use an under pad either I felt it didn’t need it, didn’t slide around at all. Very happy with the product. The media could not be loaded. So far, beautiful!! Very good quality, worth the money, texture is very soft and just enough padding for what I wanted. Smell is not bad, just new smell. Perfect size! I am in love with this rug. It is absolutely beautiful--so beautiful in its neutral colors that you could put it with anything. I have the 9x13 for my living room. I did not put a pad underneath and I have furniture on it that will hold it in place. It is soft and the quality is good. I wish if had came rolled instead of folded--or if it could have been folded with more care. However, I am confident the wrinkles will come out. I looked at many rugs on Amazon and am so glad this was my final decision. I found this rug available from other vendors, but Amazon was still the best buy. If you feel undecided, don't be. One of the best purchases I've made and I buy A LOTTTT of Amazon. With this piece the quality is up there, it's soft fluffy, easy to clean hard to tell if it's dirty. Vacums well. Id recommend this to anyone... seems like it'll last a while too

Love this rug! It's soft and thick even without a pad, and easy to vacuum. It hides pet hair and light dirt very well. Colors are accurate. I was thrilled to finally find to an attractive modern neutral rug that doesn't have gray in it. Minus one star because the rug off-gassed and stunk so horribly for the first week that it was unpleasant to be in the room with it. A month later, after days of open windows and fans and air purifiers, it's hardly noticeable. I highly recommend having a plan for airing out both sides of the rug for at least a few days before placing it in a living area, if at all possible. ... show more

Beautiful rug! Very soft, seems well made, nice weight, exactly as pictured in Beige/Gray. Super happy with this purchase … until our old dog peed on it and rug rippled along border near the wet spot. Cleaned the spot but the ripples remain, spoiling the appearance. Hopefully Seller can advise how to remove the ripples.😢 ... show more
