After 2 months these have become my most comfortable boots. I love the length, they look great with a pair of jeans and a cuff. They were stiff at first but after a few wears got more comfortable and after two months are great and I can wear them for a long day. I wear an 8, they were true to size, my feet are not wide, and although they are narrow toward the toes, they got looser as I wore them and I never had blisters. Great value, they’re standing up to the elements of a NY winter.

I really love these boots! Truly a wide width with lots of comfort in the foot bed. The elastic in the ankle provides enough give to slip on and seem to hold their shape, but time will tell for how long. They also have not creased across the top of the toe (yet). I do believe they are made of high quality material, but only wearing them twice, I can’t claim that they are waterproof as advertised, but I would guess they probably are. Great color (brown) and very versatile to dress up or down. The ankle is high, so if wearing a slim leg jean or pants, it works best for them to be a high rise crop if you want them to sit above/outside the boot. Lastly, to my pleasant surprise, these boots are QUIET! They don’t click, clog or squeak AT ALL!!!

These boots fit what I was looking for after many other attempts. I tried a popular brand that most people know, but my feet, being a size 10, just looked too big in them. These are a bit more sleek and understated, but still give that edge I was looking for. They run narrow, but my feet are narrow anyway. They are very comfortable. I danced and walked the night away when I first wore them. I would definitely recommend.

I bought these in Frontier Brown, size 8.5 (which is my regular size and the size Amazon recommended). I was sent a pair of Tawny Brown boots (in the box of a pair of Frontier Brown boots), which while nice looking, was at the time of reviewing, $70 cheaper than the ones I purchased. I did try them on anyway to see if I wanted to exchange for the correct shoes, and found them to run narrow. I think this is pretty common for Sam Edelman, but did want to mention it. I have regular width feet and these just won't work for me. I think sizing up would just make them too long as the 8.5 was the proper length with a little room for heavy socks. I do like that the area around the ankle is tight to the leg, makes wearing them with straight leg jeans super easy. And definitely something I've been looking for when trying to purchase boots. So if you have narrow feet and are looking for a cute boot, these would do the trick, purchase your regular size.

I purchased these for a European trip to Paris and Rome. My feet can be fussy and I knew we would be doing a lot of walking. They were great! Nice amount of padding, enough arch support that my plantar fasciitis wasn’t flamed.

I wear and ordered a size 7....they fit perfectly! I agree with the review that these are more of a square toe boot instead of round toe. Doesn't bug me enough to return. I really like them and wear them casual and dressier clothing. Worth the purchase!
