I should’ve listened to the other comments. This rug is beautiful and it’s aesthetically very pleasing. However, if you have small kids, it’s a no go. I find small pieces of the rug all over my children’s outfit every single day. I’m sure you could understand my frustration, my other issue with the rug is it’s not as white as it seems. It’s more of a beige color, which was very disappointing to me and it’s also very heavy and not machine washable. It’s overall for a house that adults who mostly order takeout live in. I underestimated the thickness of the rug (that was my error) and purchased this for a very high traffic hearth room where 3 large dogs love to hang (again - all my error....should have nixed that last glass of wine I guess). The quality is impressive and priced appropriately, in my opinion. I love the rug - I love the pattern and the simplicity of it. I ended up putting it in my dining room and it is a perfect marriage. This is a very nice quality rug! As others have said, it does shed a good bit! But with consistent vacuuming daily it has calmed down. My cat who has never took an interest in rugs until now, likes to scratch it and it has tore some of the loops out. I just cut them down and you can’t tell! It’s a beautiful rug & more tan than white but I didn’t mind ... show more

I really like the rug. It’s thick and a beautiful design. But I’m positive I got a used one. Creases down the middle that I’m still trying to get out (laid it out October 8th, it is now October 22nd) there are still creases. The corners are still duct taped down because they keep lifting. The rug also came with stains. After paying 500$ with no guarantee I’d get a full refund I decided to keep the rug and do my best to bring it back to life as it is a good quality piece. Just wish I had received a brand new rug. The jute is lifted in several areas as well. So it looks like snags all over the rug . Trying to fix those as well. Overall a beautiful rug, just expect a used one.. many reviews warned me, so I’m warning you too . ... show more
