If I could leave one star, I WOULD. Didn’t even have the headset a full 6 months before it randomly was staticky when I would speak in the mic. Within a week, the headset was completely unusable which was unacceptable considering the price I paid but also the fact that I rely heavily on these to WFH. The cherry on top was Logitech’s customer service. Did bare minimum troubleshooting which I already did before contacting their support but went along with the shenanigans. A ticket was then put in for warranty which just consisted of pretty much for a week of my life, receiving one email reply a day, at the literal same time of day everyday from their customer service asking me the same thing over and over to finally get to the resolution of me having to send them in the headset to see if it was faulty or not which takes 72 hours then blah blah blah. Which I wouldn’t have minded if their CSR just got to that point when they initially put in the ticket and reached out instead of prolonging an already inconvenient experience because they’re incompetent at their job. WILL NEVERRRR buy Logitech again. Shoutout to Amazon CSR for coming through, not even a full 5 minute chat and I was emailed return labels and my refund was added to my Amazon gift card balance by the time I got home from dropping the headset off at Kohls. Now I can invest in an actual efficient and reliable brand! Thanks Amazon or saving the day!! ... show more

This headset is great! I work from home and sit in a lot of calls throughout the day and the battery lasts for several days between charges. Also, a quick 30 minute charge can give you an additional couple of hours. They are also comfortable enough to wear all day. The range is pretty big; I can walk around most of my house and even step outside on my patio and still be within range. You can easily mute and unmute by flipping the microphone up. When they work they sound amazing. The mic, when it works, sounds amazing. Overall, this product is amazing.... when it works. I use these to connect to my Desktop and my Chromebook, but by god if you have anything plugged in via USB or USB C, it causes enough interference that if you are more than 2 feet away from your computer, it loses connection. I've done troubleshooting on these numerous times, with numerous different devices, and the outcome is the same. Poor connectivity. So they are absolutely amazing... if they work ... show more

Very nice. Good quality. I love Logitech products. The only drawback is that the connect/disconnect button can be difficult to find when wearing the headset. I think it's the back but I always manage to turn off the device instead.

I ordered these based on the reviews on their noise canceling capabilities. I WFH and have 2 very noisy children, however since I started wearing these, people have reported that they can hear all the noise in my background. I have double and triple checked to make sure that my laptop/teams/Zoom settings are all set to use this headset for both input and output. What am I missing? Because the "noise suppression" part is definitely NOT working. ... show more
