I want to get this out of the way first. When this product works, it works fairly well. The camera quality is very good, and the setup is super simple. That being said, half of the features that the commercials and website advertise such as the auto-adjusting camera are not available despite the fact that the website tells you it is. In addition to this, the layout of the microphones is actually really bad for the majority of conference room layouts since the microphones have to be daisy chained in a line. The only way around this is to purchase an additional piece, and even then there are more versatile microphone solutions available. The worst issue, however, is the system updates and support. The official Logitech firmware updates have made three separate systems unusable for my clients. What is worse is that once a piece breaks, getting support on the line to fix it is near impossible and even if you do they tend to give you bad information to fix it. I once had three consecutive days where every time I called the support line I would sit on hold for 10 minutes before an automated voice would come on and tell me that nobody was available and to try again later.     • Great if you want to build your conference room around this specific system
There is so many wire and components to this thing it is a total mess. You need a purpose built furniture, room layout, cable routing for this thing to look half way decent.

So many hubs and wires going everywhere it’s impossible to get a clean look in your conference room, which was a major goal with our purchase. On the conf table is the laptop + a hub + the microphone pod (5 cables). Then the camera hub, also with 5 cables. It’s just a jumbled mess and if your conference room table is in the middle of the room it’s just awful. ... show more

    • Unstable and very buggy
When works, the system is of high quality. The problem is that it seems like the product is still in its alpha stage. The system experience random, frequent disconnections in the middle of calls. When I approached Logi support all I got was that "these are known issues and we're working to fix them", with no estimation of how long that will take. So if you're planning on using it in a professional setup - forget it. This product is unreliable and for us turned out useless.
