Great starter wheel! Would definitely recommend. Not the most powerful wheel however, and true force isn't supported in every game, but Force Feedback can be tweaked to your liking.

    • It works ... with reservations
This controller arrived in a plain cardboard box with no user manual ... it did NOT work right out of the box. Luckily, I'd owned a few of these in the past and knew what to look out for. 1. On initial connection Windows 10 Pro did not recognize the wheel. 2. I knew I had to download the Logitech G Hub software and install it. But, G Hub was already installed so I skipped this step (for now). 3. Upon launching G Hub I selected the iRacing default 4. Saved the configuration 5. A firmware update was needed. So I followed the prompts. G Hub asked me to unplug and then plug the wheel in again ... at which time the firmware was updated 6. Rebooted the computer 7. Ensured that Windows recognized the wheel in the USB Controllers dialog, it did. 8. Configured the wheel, pedals and shifter in iRacing and ran a race 9. After exiting the game and re-launching it, the calibration was not saved and I had to recalibrate again, and again and again. 10. Finally, someone suggested to uninstall and re-install the latest version of G Hub (obviously I was running an old version). 11. That fixed the problem and iRacing now no longer requires a calibration with every launch of the game. Good price and the product works ... (albeit with some superficial scratches ... I expected that as it was refurbished). So, if you are expecting a plug-n-play you may be disappointed, but follow the above instructions and odds are you'll get it to work ... then again, your mileage may vary. Regards, CT ... show more

Avoid this straight out of box unit would not calibrate I trouble shot for six and a half hours doing everything I could see on the internet to get this to work to no avail this blatantly feels like a scam like you might get one that may work or doesn’t work for the price they ask for even on a refurb I think it should be guaranteed to work ... show more

    • Always a gamble with "refurbished" products.
The good? Product arrived, functional, mostly "like new." The bad? The pedals that came were actually from the G920 set, not the G923, as evidenced by the full "Logitech G" logo on the front instead of the simplified "G" logo on the G923 set. Also, the instruction sheet that arrived with the wheel was for the PlayStation version of the wheel, while I purchased (and got) the Xbox version. Overall, for the discount on a renewed product I am satisfied with my purchase, but that's mostly because I was sitting here worried they'd send something with missing cables or fried ports that doesn't turn on and I'd have to send back, so yeah. Always a gamble with refurbs. ... show more

Works very well!, do mind that you need the latest version of the G-Hub, but after tgat and installing software, it should be like new! Mine came with like, 2 scratches but for a refurbished product, its like new
