So far, I've had it for about 6 maybe 8 months, and it works flawlessly with Xbox. I kinda get it to work with PC but it is NOT user friendly to set up. Unless im technologically illiterate, I can't get it to work flawlessly with PC. Got it to work for BeamNG.Drive but it will not register the wheel while playing The Crew Motorfest on PC. BUT, I did buy this specifically for xbox so its not that hard of a hit to me. The quality of the wheel is beyond what I expected. The leather is super comfortable to handle, the response time is SUPER touchy which i absolutely love. All you gotta do tap the wheel a few centimeters and the game registers that input. After getting a mount for it, it stays in place even with extreme handling of the wheel. Also, very sturdy construction. Doesn't feel like its gunna fall apart any time soon. Also, with most games I tested this wheel out, you can adjust the force feedback, too. You can have it as aggressive or as soft as youd like. All in all, I give 5 stars. I recommended this wheel to three friends already, two which bought one and the love it as much as I do ... show more

Installed today and it is what I thought, and already find no trouble with getting the G923 to work properly with a couple games that the T248 just would not. Ratings I gave, 1) Logitech quality is not in question and the leather wrapped wheel is nice, so 5 stars, but, 2) 1 star for tech support based on past experience, and I hope you never have need to ask them for anything and find out, and, 3) For beginners gets 3 stars because this is not technically for beginners and not a low end product, but it is a price point that makes it available on the lower end of mid range. So, overall, I gave 4 stars because I know it will work and it is well built, and compatible with most games that I care about, tilting it away from a 3 star average I might give based on the terrible software and product support. Those are, of course, just my opinions. I am a hard core simulation player, from farming, to trucking and racing, and a couple flight games. I use a wheel, pedals, shifter, 18 speed shifter knob, dual joysticks, HOTAS, head and eye tracking, and an XBOX Elite controller between all those things and the T248 was a disappointment when I switched from G29. Bought a T248 when they came out in March last year because of my utterly bad opinion of Logitech G-Hub software and all the troubles over time. Now, have been fighting the T248 in many games since I got it - like, it is impossible to get it to work right in Assetto Corsa without considerable hoop jumping, which I did and it still felt like trash to me, and even some of the newest games do not specifically support the T248 - and I don't have a positive opinion of the materials or construction. I am over it. Based on internet research and feedback from multiplayer communities, there are no real complaints about the G923 itself. So, here I am going back Logitech with fingers crossed things have improved with software in a year (yeah, I know better. lol). Although, despite a preference for the shorter throw on the Logitech shifter, I am keeping the TH8A shifter for having 7 gears + reverse that the Logitech shifter doesn't offer but is needed for many racing games. A well designed and sturdy wheel and pedal set. You may have to restart the xbox with the wheel plugged in to work with some racing games. This isnt a big deal since navigating through the xbox menus is a breeze using the wheel and we'll placed buttons. I have just about every racing game there is and with the exception of a couple of xbox 360 racing games, the wheel worked without any fuss. It actually worked extremely well as I could easily see the drift and play differences between games and cars. Some racing games only took a slight wheel movement while others had more give. I got a kick out of the wheel spinning as if to say Im alive when the xbox series x is turned on with the wheels usb plugged into the front of the xbox seies x usb port. There are so many good things about this wheel/pedal set. Just buy it. You will have fun! You' will spend all night racing with it. You will spend many days playing with it. It will become your best friend as you will probably get divorced and have no friends from ignoring everything else around you except the wheel. ... show more

After upgrading a 15 year old Xbox360 to a SeriesX for my kids, I decided to purchase the Playseat Challenge X and a Logitech G923 wheel base. The G923 quickly and easily installed on the Challenge X. I have no previous sim racing experience, but for the money, I think the G923 works very well for better engagement in driving games such as Forza Motorsport. I do wish the wheel was 300mm or larger in diamter to more closely mimic a real car, I find wheel inputs and feedback to be jerky at times, and the pedal base could be more solid with a better brake pedal. That said, these are compromises I can live with at the price point. If Logitech made a 5-8nm direct drive Xbox-compatable wheel/pedal set tweening the G923 and the Pro, priced competitive with the Fanatec CSL DD, I'd have purchased it over the G923. ... show more
