The lighting doesn’t just flash for show; it syncs with what’s happening on-screen, which gives that extra layer of immersion without feeling like a distraction. The build feels lightweight yet sturdy — not the type that creaks or feels fragile when you adjust it. The suspension band on top was a nice surprise; it’s soft and breathable, and you can actually remove and wash it. After hours of wearing it, I didn’t feel that familiar pressure or warmth that usually comes with over-ear headsets. The ear cushions seal well without suffocating my ears, which is a big plus for long sessions. Setting it up was straightforward. This Logitech G522 wireless headset has been a complete game changer, for everything from streaming videos to playing video games. I appreciate the overall functionality, you have three connection options: usb, bluetooth, and the provided lightspeed dongle. This makes it seamless when it comes to switching devices. I have had zero issues with either of the three options, once connected the audio is perfect for both the input and output. In regards to the sound quality, the microphone is incredibly clear and crisp, and the input has synchronized left-right audio with improved bass and clarity. The battery life is incredibly impressive! I have been able to get at least a 60-70 hour battery life off of a full charge. I love the customization options, you can adjust the lighting and audio output quality directly through GHub. The mic is easy to remove and reinstall, the band on the headset is adjustable, and the headset is very lightweight and comfortable on (even if you’re gaming for hours!) This headset is very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, it's breathable over the ears and still blocks a decent amount of sound. The lights are pretty and configurable in the app. the mic lights up red when muted which is a nice feature so you can see when its on! There are a couple small drawbacks I have found that keep me from giving it 5 stars: The microphone is very sensitive and will pick-up other people talking in the room regardless of settings adjusted. As someone who often sits very still, this headset will often auto-shut off after 10 minutes of 'inactivity' while I am still using them. Even after turning off the sleep setting for this in the app, and adjusting a computer device setting for it, I still find it doing this to me.
