  • Much more configurable than I was expecting
Style: Panel
I'm using this in X-Plane 11/12. I am pleasantly surprised by this display. Once you get the driver and plugin (you need both) installed and figure out the order to plug it in vs. start the sim, everything mostly works fine. Several displays have knob rotation opposite to what I expected, but that's easily changed in the XPL_LogiPlugin.xml file (in Resources/plugins.) Don't like the on-screen labels for the side buttons? Find the display in the same file and change all the button labels for buttons 1-6 to "" (for some reason, the "Visible" tag doesn't seem to do anything.) A little digging into the simulator commands, and you can make the S-buttons do whatever you want. For more complicated mods, there is some tedious work involved that will not be for everyone. However, barring a limit to the display's memory, it looks like additional gauges can be created and added to the rotation. (The site fipgauges.com has many (fancy) custom gauges available, though X-Plane compatibility looks sketchy. I've already changed the S1 function to set standard pressure on the altimeter, removed the NAV course pointer from the simple HSI, and changed some of the other gauge bitmaps to suit the C172. Eventually, I hope to add a functional marker needle for the EGT gauge. The display draws about 250mA, so a powered hub(s) is recommended if you have several. The price is a little steep, but I feel there is a lot more value in this display than you would expect after trying some of the other Pro Flight offerings. Especially after years of seeing claims that the pre-programmed displays are all you get. ... show more

  • These work well but only if the right steps are done
Style: Panel
I gave this a 4 star rating because there is only so much you can do with these and they are not the real thing like another company sells, but these are less cost. Do not use the Saitek drivers, hopefully they will not be available in the future. They do with with SpadNext if you sim works with it. I use fipguages for more guage choices. The next thing you need a USB 2 hub, does not have to be powered. It is best if you do not plug it in a usb 3 port but it does work. Only put 3 or 4 per hub. If you do a windows restart they may not all come back. When a windows shutdown and power off, mind always come back. I found on amazon a cable that has 3 USB 2 cables that all put into the computer with a single port. They were like $5 so they can be found. I run 6 and getting 3 more since they are stable now, but this was a learning curve for me trying to get them to work. ... show more

  • Update! MSFS 2020 compatible!
Style: Panel
[UPDATE] One must download and install TWO items to successfully have this operate within MSFS 2020: 1. the Logitech Software *AND* 2. the DEVICE DRIVER, which is not present on the Logitech website. (You can find it easily via a web search.) Self-confessed techie here and even I struggled with getting it to display properly and continuously—however, it works and is a treat! Only recommended to those comfortable with complex software and driver installations! ... show more

  • Great physical display for flying
Style: Panel
this really helps when I want to fly with the external view. It's expensive for the use which is why I only purchased one, but it "mostly" works. there are some catches with it and MSFS2020, but overall, works as expected.

  • Hard to get working
Style: Panel
Software either works or doesn’t on windows 11 I had a lot of trouble with it on the first day never got it off black screen but today I relaunched the software an it worked.

  • It does work with MSFS 2020
Style: Panel
Works fine with MSFS with the correct drivers. The buttons on the side do nothing. The knobs on the units work. I just kept it stock because SPAD is a nightmare to work with.

  • They really Improve the Flight Simulation experience....
Style: Panel
With appropiated drivers, they really work plug&play.. Not in all aircrafts, but in those where they are present like Cesna 152 / 172.Bad: they don't bring any information about how to configure the left side buttons. This devices circle in several instruments (monitors) and I bought only 3 to improve IFR flights without having to click the screen with the mouse. Selecting them by timne you can have them all, in case you need more info. Price is high and could be abrake, but after several flights, you just enjoy them..! ... show more

  • A little finicky, but they work very well with x-plane 11
Style: Panel
Getting these to load up and be recognized by x-plane is tricky the first time you load them up. The trick is to wait until your sim is up running, then plug each of them in to a USB port. If you have them plugged in when you start the sim, they will freeze your sim and you’ll have to unplug them anyways and replug them in. Also make sure you get the Logitech plugins from their website. Otherwise they are a fantastic addition to x-plane and complements the other Logitech panels nicely! ... show more
