Purchased for a good price, slightly less than a Jansport
When backpack season rolled around yet again, we decided to give Hershel a try as the 'it' bag to carry freshman year for my 14yr old. Not impressed. Purchased for a good price, slightly less than a Jansport, so the price is not the issue, the quality unfortunately is. It has been 3 months since school started and with daily use the corners are fraying and the zippers are pulling. I expected a little more based on the hype.

Hip backpack
These are fashionable well made backpacks that are a hit with anyone who needs one. They are well made, and the simple design is stylish and trendy. My high school age cousin, who I got it for for XMas absolutely loved it. Might have to get one for myself now... Giving it a 4 because it's a bit pricey for just a simple backpack. You're paying for the label, just like anything else...

Nice Backpack
Very high quality backpack. I like the blue color a lot and the red and white stripes inside give just the right contrast. I use this on any trip we take as my personal item and it has never given me any issues.
