First order was returned for damage during delivery. Absolutely not the manufacturer’s fault and customer service was quick and excellent. Product is sturdy and desk/storage/clothes hook and rod is a huge space saver in my son’s first apartment in NYC. (63 square foot bedroom with no closet. I’m a well experienced builder. Just DIY but I know my way around a tool shop. Did a gut reno of my last home, build live edge furniture, built a few small structures. The directions could have been much clearer. Words other than “ this step is done best flat on the floor” on every page would have been helpful. Relying on small pics caused several steps to be redone. Pieces were well marked with numbers but top/bottom sticker or left/right (OR WORDS) would have prevented redo’s as many parts are identical with the exception of a tiny hole or slot on a side not clearly seen in the directions. Overall, solid product at a good price that works great for a tiny space. Directions need improvement but I would recommend. ... show more
