Oh Ma Gawd! I wasn’t sure what to expect from this sauna blanket, let’s just say I had low expectations. But wow, just wow...big surprise! It’s easy to assemble, the instructions aren’t horrible but they weren’t written by a native English speaker, so some of the wording may seem odd. It has an intuitive design with a remote control that I didn’t realize came with this, so that’s a plus. And The Heat!....this brings the heat and fast, like in a couple of minutes the blanket is at your set temperature (keep in mind this will vary according to your ambient environmental temp). This also comes with plastic lining bags to catch most of your sweat which is a nice addition. The liner gets clingy and a bit restrictive when you start to really sweat but that’s expected. Also the zip enclosure zips from the inside so it is possible to zip yourself in (I did require a bit of assistance with that lol). I didn’t use the arm zipouts yet, I wanted to really get an overall sauna effect. Also, I would recommend unless you are used to the sauna, to stick with the pre-set 60C for 30 min or less. I did allow mine to heat for 15min before getting in but not sure if that’s really necessary as it heats up fast. I put a yoga mat underneath for added comfort as you will be lying on the floor for awhile. Lastly I added a hot cream from a brand called Venü, you can order this on Amazon as well. I may have went in a bit too much with the cream on my thighs because they were on fire, in a good way! Even after my sauna blanket session, I still feel the burn ha! Another cool feature is that since it is infrared, once you switch it off, it instantly cools to the touch, no need to wait for it to cool down! I got this sauna blanket to help my detox and healing process from a Candida overgrowth situation… I think it definitely helped speed things along my journey and now even tho that ailment is cleared up, I use this roughly every other day before bed. It has become my personal healing, meditation time and I just love it!!!! I have always loved ‘sweating’…. Weird I know, but I grew up in FL so that was part of everyday life, and living in Chicago, this gives my body that deep heat that is loves and craves, afterwards I take a semi cold shower and sleep better on days i do this then when I don’t. It worked twice, 3rd time, it burned my couch. Be careful with it. I was truly hoping it would work. So sad. I loved it while it worked. Seems like the seller will approve the return. Update: they sent me a new blanket, and now I have been using it for 6 months. Bottom temperature at 50, and top at 70. It works great and no more couches burnt. I got this Sauna blanket to replace an older more expensive one I had that was not heating up anymore. I was leery of buying a cheaper model, but am glad I took the leap. This blanket rocks! I love the super easy to use zippers instead of Velcro. The remote is nice and handy to adjust the temperature and time without getting out of the bag. It’s extremely well constructed and heats like nobody’s business. In fact I had to lower the temperature on this one compared to my old one. In just 30 minutes, I’m soaked 😃. That’s a good thing. This blanket is perfect for minor aches and pains and for de-toxing. It is also nice for those cold winter nights when you need some extra warmth. It’s very relaxing and a great way to help you fall asleep. My only complaint is when I’m in it, my crazy crew of felines love to sit on top of me😂.     • My favorite detoxification tool!
This inexpensive low EMF infrared sauna blanket has been invaluable to restoring my health. Between decades of flu shots loading me up with mercury, aluminum and other toxins, mold and mycotoxins from water damaged homes and multiple longterm antibiotics for Lyme, biotoxins from infections, VOCs and plastics, flouride and other toxins, I was so over the top with toxins that I developed Morgellons. I soak a large T shirt after half an hr at the default heat setting every other day and then hop in shower immediately after to wash off the toxins before they reabsorb into my skin.     • Warms you to the bone!
I love this blanket! I bought it because I have muscle problems, but I also like to fascia blast. It is good for warming up the muscles beforehand. This is great because it does get your body warm and I don't have that "can't breathe" feeling like sitting in a dry sauna. The one thing that I am disappointed about is the "heat coils" leave red stripes up and down my body and when laying there, if your feet are not in the perfect spot, the heat coil burns my toe. I've tried curling my foot down but it is uncomfortable for too long. Otherwise it is what you get. The hand holes are perfect for reading or whatever ... show more

I’ve used this product about five times. My main focus was the infra red heat for my osteoporosis-arthritis and other aches and pains as well as detoxing. It didn’t hurt that some reviews spoke of a better rest as well. Because of the material being slick it can be a little tricky getting in and zipping it up. I purchased the one the the zipper arm openings which helps some. I must say that them I get out I do feel much better. No aches at all for a while. Also my skim is extra smooth and soft.
