My toilet was a bit wobbly and needed to be mounted to the floor for safety and to keep the wax seal intact. Just FYI, silicone caulk is only good for temporary fixes and even tile grout eventually breaks. But the Loctite IDH# 2474240 Construction Adhesive forms perfect solid, permanent bond between a shaky toilet and the floor. You carefully squoosh it into the crack between the toilet and floor, taking care to clean up any mess. After 24 hours this stuff sets up harder than rock! No kidding. Once it cures it forms a smooth, shiny gray surface that you literally can't dent with a fingernail. After a day you need to use a knife edge to scrape this stuff, so keep your project tidy. The next week my cat objected to a ceramic cat figurine and pushed it onto the floor, breaking off the head. Superglue didn't work, so I took a chance and tried the Loctite Adhesive. Perfect! After the day the statue was good as new and placed in a safer location. ;) A solid five star adhesive. ... show more

I used this to repair some stone siding pieces that had come loose and fallen off. They had originally been attached using concrete mortar but I'm pretty sure this stuff is better. It didn't take too much and within about 30 seconds of holding a tile in place I realized that I had it upside down and had to pry it back off cuz it was so stuck. They have been through a few rain showers and downpours, baking heat and me bumping into them and they are still very much stuck in place. So I highly recommend this over buying grout or mortar for an easy fix. However I will say that it does not taste very good and does not make a suitable mayonnaise substitution on a sandwich. It's very bitter and worse than eating a mouth full of peanut butter. . ... show more
