This is way more locks than I needed but it's a good price for all you get. The dial rotates smoothly. I didn't have a problem setting the numbers. Opened on the first try. Each one comes with it's own combination. I like that they are red, tells yours apart from someone else's. These are small, so they will fit small locks or a locker. No industrial stuff. Numbers are easy to read. No complaints at all.

How excited can one really get about a padlock? Yes, it does it's job on the locker and it's easier to find because it has a red face. I wouldn't use it to protect the crown jewels, but for normal everyday stuff in a gym locker or craft club locker, it meets the need. There are eight to a box so you've got plenty to share and the price works out to about $3.50 each.

I ordered these locks in anticipation of securing some belongings in a foot locker/trunk in my landlord’s garage temporarily. I’ve used locks like this throughout my entire life, so they’re pretty easy to navigate for me. I didn’t end up needing them after all for that purpose but I did two to secure some belongings at work. These are perfect for any similar/low security scenario. They each have their own unique combinations which are on a removable sticker on the back of each lock. The red turnplate helps me easily distinct my locker quicker and easier in a line of mostly combination locks with a black turnplate. The price for a large quantity of these is a more economical way to stock up on something like this should you have a need for an item like this ($28 for a pack of eight locks at the time of writing this review). Typically, this retail for approximately $5 each when purchasing individually. Overall, I’m very satisfied with these and will definitely be able to find a use for most of them!

They lock securely and are easy to operate. The spin knob turns easily and they have different combinations. I have them on some tough boxes at work that I needed to secure.

Do NOT buy these! Not worth anything! The package of 8 locks arrived today in a box. They were not individually packaged. Each lock has a sticker on the back with the combination for that lock on it. Those stickers took some scrubbing to get off. I can see not wanting to have the combination come off the lock, but nobody wants to leave the combination on permanently. One by one I installed each of the 8 locks. One of the locks did not open with the combination. Two other locks I could pull open after they were locked! Three bad of eight so far. Another lock busted apart when I tried to open it. No way I would trust the remaining four to protect anything. I would NOT recommend these locks to anyone that wants to keep stuff safe.

I was looking for a lock to use at the gym. I really liked that these came in an eight pack so that I could have some spares. Upon receiving them, my husband was able to figure out the combination without even looking at it. This makes me really uneasy, because if he could do it, anyone could. I don't feel that these locks are secure. The quality of these locks are only mediocre. I don't feel that they are worth the hassle.
