The rug is decently priced so my cons are not complaints. It isn’t easy to clean as things just grab onto it. It wears easily. However, I love the way it looks and it feels nice after I do clean it even though it takes twice the time to clean. Worth it for the price.

Before buying this, I was encouraged on seeing many positive reviews for this rug and upon receiving it, I felt that way also. However, I'm under the belief that most of those positive reviews were written within the first week or two of owning the rug. After 3 months, the rug started looking horrible. It was very matted and incredibly difficult to clean due to everything sticking to it. Even my powerful vacuum wasn't able to clean it. I literally had to pick stuff out by hand. And the rug will look horrible after about 3 months of walking on it. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I threw it in the garbage after 4 months and have since bought a couple of much nicer area rugs from Amazon. Steer clear of this unless you want a rug that easily mats and is near impossible to clean. Sure it's cheap, but you'll probably be throwing it in the trash within 6 months anyway, so what good about buying a cheap rug if that's the case?

I bought this for my office specifically to hide dog fur & dirt. The rug came packaged as a large blanket which was my first red flag. It's basically a large bath mat with a soft, thin shag on top. I knew it wouldn't last the continual vacuuming of dog hair. It didn't seem to have good grip underneath either.

Okay, so some of the reviews I read were not good. I was apprehensive. But it was on flash sale for $40. So I thought what do I have to lose. I bought some rug tape, to make sure it didn't roll up. I laid out the rug and no rolling at all. It's really thick and soft. It feels like a memory foam underneath. I am so happy I took the chance. I wish it came in solid colors because I would buy one for every room in the house. My only complaint, the smell. It smelled awful when it came out of the package. I don't know if it was the plastic or what. But I rolled it up and put it in the dryer with a lot of dryer sheets. Now I smell nothing. But for a beautiful, thick, large area rug for $40 I would definitely buy again! I can't say enough how much I love this rug!
