Okay, so some of the reviews I read were not good. I was apprehensive. But it was on flash sale for $40. So I thought what do I have to lose. I bought some rug tape, to make sure it didn't roll up. I laid out the rug and no rolling at all. It's really thick and soft. It feels like a memory foam underneath. I am so happy I took the chance. I wish it came in solid colors because I would buy one for every room in the house. My only complaint, the smell. It smelled awful when it came out of the package. I don't know if it was the plastic or what. But I rolled it up and put it in the dryer with a lot of dryer sheets. Now I smell nothing. But for a beautiful, thick, large area rug for $40 I would definitely buy again! I can't say enough how much I love this rug! ... show more

Like a lot of products on this website, you get what you pay for. The fibers are long and hard to clean so I would say plan for a clean area to put it on, that doesnt need frequent cleaning. It is very very soft. So soft, it feels kinda slippery and weird on the feet. I use it to sit on the floor so it's fine for me. It is rather thin but what would you expect at this pricepoint. Like the color of the carpet and the softness, dislike it had a strong chemical smell that made my entire upstairs smell awful for 3 days.. it also says its non slip but i keeps moving so I'll have to buy carpet gripping... waiting to see how it holds up in couple more months
