For what I paid for the rug it was worth it. Very pretty pattern. It is Shag but it's a thin pile Shag. If I don't pay attention to rug will slide out from under me if I step on the edges too quickly. Anything I move over it, will move the whole area rug. Positive note I think it would be easy to clean because it would be easy to maneuver I could probably put it in a washing machine it's that lightweight and feels very foamy like very soft when you step on it. It is not stain resistant at all this thing is brown on all the edges the center it has not been touched is the only thing that is still white the rest of it is brown. Attracts dirt like crazy, but who knows when I wash it it may come perfectly clean I cannot give you that opinion yet because I haven't tried to wash it.

I went through 2 of these rugs. I loved the look and softness of it. But cleaning is a pain in the butt. If you don't want to worry about cleaning, or if you want something easy to clean, find a different rug.

The price point is obviously what drew me in. We were moving and I just needed a rug to place in a bedroom with concrete floors. I was very pleasantly surprised by this rug. I may actually order another one to match now. Super soft and comfy. It's thick but easy to vacuum and clean. I was NOT expecting such amazing quality for the price.

We have uneven laminated hardwood, but I like having a carpet or rug beneath me in my office to make it easier for my office chair to stay in place when I move around while working. I also love how soft this is! It smells a bit like chemicals from the lining on the bottom when you first take it out, but after a few days, the smell went away.

I really loved this LOCHAS rug when it first came. Was very soft and fluffy and stayed down on floor without moving on the wood. Haven’t only had it less then 2 months. It has flattened down and actually wore off everywhere you sit under where your feet touch the rug. It also moves very easily on floor now. Very disappointed. Would not buy from this company again. I wrote them an email about the problem and I never got back a reply.
