Took me forever to make a decision on my new dining chandelier. This one is perfect. Not too big, not too flashy. I gave it 4 stars because it comes with a black electrical cord through the chain. Stands out so I painted it. Otherwise, it’s a very pretty chandelier.

I like this chandelier because it was exactly what I was looking for. An attractive farmhouse style slightly distressed. The wood base is brown. The arms are a distressed cream color ( not white). I know people talked about not liking the brown cord in the hanging chain. I actually like it because it blends in more with the wood. Hope this helps . ... show more

    • Looks cheap in person; cord is still black plastic and it looks awful.
So disappointed in this chandelier. The description specifically said that the cord had been updated to a clear cord (since the primary complaint was that the cord was black). I opened the chandelier, and sure enough, my cord is jet black and super cheap looking. For almost $300, I expect this to be a nice chandelier. This junk is going back. It looks like something I would have paid no more than $75 for if I had seen it in person. Buyer beware; as of September 2020, the electrical cord is still jet black plastic. Not clear. ... show more
