I just want to say that I ordered two of these pendants. They are extremely beautiful! The crystals are just gorgeous too and there are alot. But more than just a beautiful light, I want to say how fantastic the customer service is. They went above and beyond to help me to aquire extra downrods to allow me to set the pendants at just the right height for my higher ceiling. This company is completely trustworthy and follows through with awesome communication, which is hard to find in this world today. I took a chance and it was totally worth it! The photos make this item look very beautiful; however, it arrived in more than 50 pieces and once we laid everything out we realized there were several(!!) crucial parts of this fixture missing. There was no way to put the fixture together because of this glaring problem. There are obvious quality control issues with this item if this sort of thing is occurs with a “new and unopened” box.
