This mattress looks and feels great until you lay in it. This is the softest most unfirm mattress I have ever tried to sleep in I wish I could return it. I’m not sure what the other people who left reviews received but it wasn’t this mattress. I let it fully sit for the 72 hours or longer before trying to sleep in it. Now I just have a very large pillow (because that is what I would consider this) and need to buy and actual firm mattress to place under it. If you are looking for a very soft mattress that you sink completely into, this might be for you. I ordered because it said medium-firm, which it definitely is not. I have slept on it for only a few nights and it offers no support and I wake up in pain. Would be ok for a child I suppose.

The mattress is nice however it's much softer then It stated. It's not as firm as I would like. That's my only complaint. Which makes a difference when you really want a firmer mattress

    • 14” Queen Mattress not medium firm at all!
I was happy to be getting a new mattress for my new home. When it came I allowed it to open and rest for three full days before I made the bed and used it. When I sat on the edge of the bed I almost slipped off it was so soft and did not hold its shape at all. When you get up on the bed the mattress fills in around you and it makes it very challenging to sit on. I would not be able to sit on the edge of the bed to put my shoes on, it would be impossible. When sleeping, if you want to roll over you basically have to climb a mountain to move towards the center of the bed. I am the only one sleeping on my bed and weigh about 150, so I do not recommend for any adult unless you want to be incased in the mattress. I would return it but can’t figure out how to return a mattress that came compressed in a box. If you love a very soft mattress, this one is for you. Also, it didn’t have a bad odor so that was nice. The mattress is also pretty, but we cover that up so it doesn’t much matter. It was challenging to get a photo of how much the mattress indented with just a box of soda, but you can see the soda made it go down at least an inch and it doesn’t weigh anything compared to a human. ... show more

Got this mattress for our beach house the 14" firm . And we are very happy with it. It's pretty firm not super firm , sleeps very well for us . Glad we got it. So far great mattress hopefully it lasts . This pic was taken shortly after we opened it up. It expanded to the full 14"
