Worst Sleep EVER... This Mattress does not inflate properly and definitely not to 14in, we waited 72 hours... it's way to soft, it hurts my neck, shoulders and back. If you sleep near edge of the bed you WILL slide in the floor. If you sit on edge you can also slide in floor. There's no support at all. And now I'm stuck with a mattress I can't use and I can't return "because it must be returned in original package", so guess what you have been duped out of $339.00 and there's nothing you can do about it. Amazon customer service did not help, they referred me to UPS who also said we have to return it in original package. Knowing it's impossible to return a bed in a box in original package. I'm angry with myself because I read other bad reviews, but I purchased anyway, thinking I could Return If I was not satisfied. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HIS MATTRESS... If you don't like it you will be duped like I was.

Super easy to open and expanded very quickly. Not extremely firm but very comfortable. We're using it on a platform bed and it feels very sturdy, not like it's sinking at all.

Overall, it's fine. It's a little on the softer side, but comfortable. Note that when you sit down on the edges, you'll sink down. There's not extra support around the sides/ends. We'll see how it holds up over time.

The media could not be loaded. When I looked at the reviews and saw other customers complain about this issue I hoped I would be spared. I was not. Like many others the head and feet of the mattress is slumped. The middle of the bed is 12 inches and the top and bottom are about 10-11 inches. I ordered the 14 in bed. I opened the bed right away after delivery and placed it on a flat surface for 96 hours before using it. It was original about 9 inches so it didn’t inflate some, but not nearly enough for what I paid for it. The bed is otherwise comfortable. Though, you REALLY sink into to the pocket springs so be careful getting up in the middle of the night. Super squishy bed but kind of in a good way. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re not able bodied. Kind of difficult to toss and turn because of how soft it is. If you like soft you’ll love it.

This mattress is a dream come true. I researched for 3 to 6 months. I measured our bed frame and this mattress fit perfectly. To install CAREFULLY place the mattress on your platform then gently cut the plastic it's wrapped in. Now psa, if you cut to quickly the plastic the mattress will POP out and smack whoever is in the way! On a great note, as soon as it breathe it's ready to sleep. The firmness is excellent. It's simple to setup and wonderful once finished. Packed up the weight is heavy, definitely a two man job. Thank you so much and I hope this review helps others to enjoy this mattress as much as we do.
