Sometimes you get what you pay for. This mattress was about 1/2 the cost of most memory foam hybrid mattresses. In the description, it clearly stated "Medium Firm". I must insist that this was not true. Shipping was as expected. It arrived vacuum sealed in a standard cardboard box. It was heavy, 90 pounds or so. It did not come with the cutting tool that the instructions stated it came with. We ended up carefully using scissors to reveal the mattress and it did snap out once we cut the plastic far enough. So if you unwrap yours the same way, just be careful of its power when it snaps open out of the wrap. When I first went to lay on it, I put my knee in the center of my side of the bed. With pressure, my knee went all the way to the bottom of the mattress. I was confused at this, and thought, maybe the mattress hasn't risen to its full height, even though it was the height listed for this mattress. Then I laid down on it. It was very mushy and I truly believe you should not sink to the bottom of a mattress, especially one listed as medium firm! Where is the firm? Where is the medium? Nothing about this mattress is either of those. I'm coming to realize we will probably need to buy a more appropriate mattress within the year. I'm not sure why this mattress is sparing with coils and foam, but somehow, this mattress is missing a lot of support to be listed as a medium firm coil foam hybrid. ... show more

I am very picky about mattress because I am suffering from shoulder blade pain and I have difficulty in getting back to sleep if I wake up midnight. I am so glad I got this mattress which turns out to be a great fit for for me. After using this mattress, my shoulder blade pain gets alleviated. I think the comfortable sleeping surface is a strength of this product. Also, the memory foam is dense enough and the firmness is perfect for me. Glad I bought this mattress. I've been looking for a king mattress for a while now. The first thing I noticed was this price for a queen size bed. It's just the right amount of firmness and you don't feel your partner turning or moving around in the bed. The box spring. I was worried it wouldn't be high enough. But it's perfect. So far, I'm in love with the bed. It's been a week now. I'm a bed person - I could lay in bed all day and laugh if my husband would let me. The media could not be loaded. Pros: this is inexpensive, it would make a good guest bedroom or person at 150 lb or less nightly sleeper who enjoys a plush bed. Cons: no padding on the sides which exposes the springs easily, anti-slip bottom does not appear to prevent any slippage as this thing has 4 inches of movement per evening with light single person use. This is not meant for heavy people: if you are under 150 lb this is probably great but at 300 lb while laying sprawled out the bed compresses at least for inches, making this an uncomfortable sleep. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I really like this mattress so far. It provides enough support and also gives softness to enjoy a good sleeping experience. With this mattress, I believe you are able to breathe deep and sleep even deeper.
