Ordered this to upgrade my daughter’s room as she was not a crib kid. It gives me peace of mind that she would be able to roll off even if she’s on the floor or be able to get out and move around the room while we’re not in there. Walnut was a nice color and it was an easy assemble. The side with the gate is a little wobbly but overall great purchase for the price. The media could not be loaded. i love this. its so easy you can put them in it and know they’re safe. i got a 6 inch mattress so it wasn’t too high. i dont like the lock on the inside of the frame but it can be removed. and it makes sense because the other lock is simple and the kids will probably catch on quick. twin size was good for her room and gives her space to move but not too overwhelming. also they give cushion stickies to go on the corners and over the bolts which is a fantastic idea. ... show more

While its easy to install and looks good. It lacks the sturdiness with the door latch with standing toddlers. Have to add additional and better hardware along with some wood strips to get the rectangle frame intact. Mattress was not included so that will be an extra cost. I have this around a queen size mattress for my toddler. The frame is too big for the mattress. There’s a gap. There is a crack that started in the frame, there is no force placed on this frame as my toddler is pretty calm. And finally the gate, you have to hold/ pull parts of the frame for it to actually lock. My toddler hurt her finger on this today. I’m pretty frustrated and disappointed with this purchase. Amazing invention. I started my toddler in this bed at 1 year old. She’s now two. She loves it and we love it. She can’t get out and it keeps her safe. The door is a little flimsy so we velcroed or zip tied it shut
