A friend recommended these gummies to me, I was skeptical at first , but figured what the heck. I took two of the sleepy head gummies. First thing I loved was the flavor, they taste like a cross between grape & berry, really tasty. Easy to chew. I took my usual 30 minutes of down time before getting ready to lay down, it wasn’t like melatonin not a straight knock out , but more like a drift into sleep. I slept very well , a comfortable relaxing sleep. Woke up the next day feeling rested and ready for the day. I will definitely be reordering Sleepy head gummies.

I had read about this product by someone in a Facebook group and was somewhat skeptical because nothing else I have tried, including melatonin has worked like a charm. But let me tell you, this product is so effective at putting you to sleep and keeping you asleep that you may only need one or even half of one. My very large husband Took two, slept through the night and even felt a little groggy the next day because they work so well. So he only takes one. I’m not sure what the magic is with this combination of ingredients (which includes melatonin) but it is worth every penny. I keep them beside my bed in case I wake up in the middle of the night and need a little help getting back to sleep. They also taste great.

I like this product, but I will no longer order it from this distributor. These are gummies with sprinkling of possibly sugar on top. I have now received two orders that I ordered here on Amazon where the gummies seem to have been stored in a very hot warehouse. They are no longer individual gummies; they are all stuck together and quite flavorless. I will continue to use this product, but I will order it directly from the company, not through Amazon.

I’ve had these before but previously bought from a vitamin shoppe. The flavor is amazing, the texture is smooth and they really help me sleep without waking up feeling groggy. Only complaint is that they’re all really stuck to each other making it hard to get them out of the bottle.

The good news is that I discovered these perfectly yummy dream tarts at a hot springs spa near where I live. The bad news is I ran out. The good news is that I purchased the small travel size because I couldn’t locate the large 60 piece container. The bad news is that I didn’t want to go through all of the environmental brouhaha to have them sent to me once or twice per month. The good news is that I called the spa where I’d first discovered them, and they have the larger containers in stock. I just bought 2. That oughtta hold me for a few months until Winged Wellness can get them back in stock.

Some people may be looking for a knockout drug and this is not it. I appreciate that the drowsiness is gradual and non-habit forming. As a person with a strange day to day routine, going to bed early and waking well rested is a must. Using these gummies, I was skeptical at first but I did feel more well rested though drowsy in the morning. Bottom line, take them well before bed and give yourself plenty of time to wake up in the morning. Effective and natural.
