Now about the product - the couch is very soft and great balance of firm + comfortable. It’s so easy to connect and rearrange. Honestly, the most impressive part of this purchase is the level of product quality - I’ve seen worst products for double the price point. Lastly, the installation couldn’t have been easier. The product is 95% assembled already, so I was able to connect the pieces in about 5-10 minutes. When I purchased this sectional, there weren't too many reviews, so I was really apprehensive about this purchase, especially not being able to see it in person. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the delivery. The color was beautiful and the sectional was every bit as nice as it is shown. I had a minor issue and customer service was wonderful, not only with correspondence, but with assistance. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the back of the sectional is a little low, but the pillows provide the extra height I desired. I would definitely recommend! ... show more
