I searched for months for the perfect sectional. I wanted a specific color, fabric, I loved the idea of storage in each seat, and easy rearranging. This checked every box. We’ve had them a few months now and they’re very comfortable and “springy”. FedEx was the delivery vendor and they did a terrible job. One corner was crushed and damaged a cushion. Another had a giant hole punched through the box, which punctured the fabric. Vendor asked me to send him pics so he could file his claim with FedEx but he sent my replacements out ASAP. I really appreciated his prompt replies. Easy to put together by yourself but better with two people. Delivery staggered in over 2 - 3 days and we had loads of broken down boxes afterwards, but the end result is so worth it. ... show more

I’ve been actively using this couch for a little over a year, so I thought I’d come back and write a review. When I purchased this in September 2023, I wasn’t expecting much. The denim blue caught my eye (I normally love all things black). Product came in a lot of boxes but I didn’t have an issue with that because everything was packaged well. Shipping was also impressive, and I got it almost a week earlier than the expected delivery date. The fabric of this sofa is super soft to the touch that I catch myself touching it absentmindedly. This sectional is the perfect fit for my keeping room. It was delivered quickly, all the boxes came together at one time. It is beautiful. Unbelievably easy to assemble, directions are clear and easy to follow. The product is solid, sturdy and soft material (not scratchy). Would highly recommend.

U shaped sectional brown sofa purchased. Came in 9 separate boxes which were easy to move. Product was easy to assemble. One ottoman had a stain on it and reported to customer service. Estelle at customer service was excellent and very responsive. She sent a new ottoman out and provided the tracking number. I was weary about ordering a couch online; however, am not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this product. I had a very plush yet firm couch before this one from bobs furniture that I was unfortunately unable to move with so I decided to give this couch a try. I made the mistake of not reading the dimensions and at first the low height was off putting, but as we built around it it’s grown on us… no pun intended.
