I started looking early for a sofa that would fit our family of 5 and I'm so glad we found it. The 9 boxes arrived in two batches. The 2 missing seats arrived the next day.LLAPPUIL gave me all the tracking numbers the day I purchased. I could always check when the package arrived. The sofa was very easy to assemble and the seats can be connected to each other with connectors. After assembly I noticed a slight flaw in one of the sofa legs. After contacting customer service, they immediately sent me a new set of wooden feet, which I installed without any problems. I love the storage space it has for each seat and the kids toys are easy to put in and take out. Beautiful and comfortable sectional. the sofa fabric is not that traditional leather, customer service said they use Leathaire for this faux leather sofa. very soft and textured. The grain is very beautiful. It looks amazing. The sofa can be put together freely according to my ideas. And I can use it as a spare bed when friends visit. My friends have also been raving about it. Great product, for this price, for this quality, LLAPPUIL's customer service is top notch. I am so happy with this couch! It took a minute to assemble, but it came quicker than expected. It is a really great quality, very sturdy. I love the storage underneath so I can hide kids' toys and blankets when I need to. The material is water repellant and very easy to clean.

We bought this sectional with high hopes and even higher expectations, and I must say – it’s exceeded them. Well, mostly. First of all, let's talk about the fake leather. It's not just any fake leather, it's like *the* fake leather that was made to tell dog hair, "Not today, buddy." Our dog could practically roll around in shedding bliss, and you'd never know. It’s like the couch repels fur with the same energy I repel getting up to go to the gym. Comfort? Oh yeah. This thing is so comfy that we’ve practically merged with it. The cushions hug you like they’ve known you for years, and you’ll probably lose a weekend or two just “resting your eyes.” Your body says "Let's nap," and the couch says, "I got you, fam." Now, the back cushions… they’re a bit of a free spirit. They like to fall off like they’re auditioning for a role in *Escape Room*. But you know what? We’re not mad. It’s almost like the couch is testing you: “Do you *really* want back support, or do you just want to lounge around and contemplate your life choices?” So far, lounging wins every time. In short, this sectional is like that quirky friend who's a little unreliable but still makes every hangout better. We got this couch 3 days sooner than expected so shipping was super fast. It came in 9 boxes. Very easy to assemble. It comes with brackets to keep the couch aligned, and very easy to swap out if you want to make changes to the shape or secure an ottoman and make it into a chaise. It came with 1 ottoman and 7 chair pieces but we ended up not putting on the back rest on one of the chairs and use it as an ottoman, and we secured the “extra” back rest to a side of a chair and used it to create a nice corner piece. You can literally create whatever you want with this couch. It is so versatile. The material is soft, the couch is comfy. You cannot beat the price! ... show more

The couch is very messy looking bc the pillows do not attach to the back. The seller says “anti slip” but they fall all over the place. I like the color and material but the size of the couch is great for a waiting room not a house. People joke now that they don’t want to come over bc of my uncomfortable couch. Not worth the money and to ship it back is 700 dollars for a return. I would not recommend this couch and have never written a bad review for an Amazon order this was just too much money to not write one. ... show more

This is a great couch for our needs. The support of each base and the pillows make it very comfortable. The fabric is waterproof but doesn’t look plastic. It works perfectly for our space and can move the furniture around to meet our needs.
