They are well made despite the comments I have read. As for the screwdriver that it comes with if you're patient enough to pull the screwdriver metal piece out and turn it over. It's also a phillip's headset screwed over. They are very comfortable to sit in and I just got my table. I haven't put it up yet or I would have taken a picture of Is the chairs with my table. The chairs seem sturdy but they are quite small. Pretty color and seemed balanced and sit straight on the floor without rocking.

We liked the style and construction of these chairs so we bought 4. One set arrived with a damaged box and obvious damage to the chair inside so we returned it immediately. The other set turned out to be damaged too but i thought i could touch it up.......however...... that did not work because the chairs we received and kept are NOT real wood. Fiberboard-ish....... So disappointed because the damage is on the top of the chair in the center where it is totally obvious. I cannot fix it nor cover it up with a furniture repair maker because it is cheap and not wood. I would return the second set if I could ... show more

Wanted some inexpensive chairs to go with a kitchen nook we have and most of the furniture stores in our area either didn't have what we wanted or the price was much too high. These were the right color to match our table and nook, so we figured we'd give it a shot. These chairs look good and so far they fit our situation well.
