As soon as you see "washable" you know the rug has to be thin, especially for larger rugs like this one. Thin means hit or miss on the texture and quality. I'm happy to report that this rug feels and looks great. It is soft and a joy to walk on with bare feet. The material seems to be of decent quality despite how thin it is and the stitching around the edge was perfect. I ordered the brown because I wanted a neutral color. That said, given the muted colors it probably didn't matter much. This rug isn't flashy and won't draw the eye. Due to the thinness of the rug, it's very easy to fold up and carry and it fits into my normal-sized washer easily. I do love the ease of keeping it clean. I have some older thick rugs that I wish I could just toss in the washer at times - especially as a cat owner. Overall, I'm very pleased with this rug.

I wanted to get a rug to place under my office desk. I needed something softer to stand on above the ceramic tile floor and quieter for the chair to pass across. I wanted a mid-sized rug that didn't take over the room with a modern pattern (vs. floral or Persian). This rug balances cushion and the ability to for my chair's wheels to still be able to slide without me needed to fight the resistance. I've found it easy to vacuum but noticed that it does kick up and bunch a little more than I'd want. It arrived folded over a few times but after two weeks of use it did flatten out with the creases disappearing.

I picked up this rug to go in the dining room which is also a high traffic walk through area for both people and dogs. This rug does great to hide the everyday foot dirt, hair and fuzz that accumulates. I know the dirt is there but it doesn't bother anyone until the rug can be thrown in the washing machine. We line dry ours and the size and thickness make it not too heavy for tossing over the clothesline. It laid flat pretty quickly after initial opening and It held up great after washing. In order to vacuum it we do need to hold down the edges so it doesn't move around and bunch up. It's also very soft on bare and sock-feet. The design and coloring is very appealing and I find the subtle colors throughout adds more dimension and interest. I also like being able to line the furniture up straight with the lines in the pattern.

The rug was nicer in person than expected! It's nice and soft, not scratchy. It does come in a box but after a few weeks in a medium traffic area, it flattened out just fine. I do have a thin rug pad under it as this replaced an existing, non-washable, highly used rug. We have not had issues with it moving, but again, there is a very thin rug pad under it as well. I LOVE the fact that I can toss this in the wash as needed. Having a young child, you can only imagine what the previous rugs have gone through. I have even had to shave one down to get dried slime off of it. The cat loves it too. He is always lounging on it with her!

Love it! Kids love it, pets love it, and I swear the ghosts in my farmhouse are tiptoeing more lightly on it too. Unfolded straight from the box with zero wrinkles—almost like it’s been charmed. It’s so soft and easy to clean that even the cat tried to claim it as their personal throne. Bonus: It’s machine washable, so no need to fear life’s messy little horrors. Highly recommend it if you want a rug everyone will haunt lovingly! 👻 I would so buy another one!

I normally buy wool rugs for the house, but we went through an issue last year with will moths that ate through some of our rugs. This was terrible! So when it was time to replace the rug in my sewing room, I decided to try this style of easy-wash, lightweight rug. I'm surprised at how soft and comfortable the rug is, as well as how light it is. I brought it upstairs in one arm, and the wool rugs take a lot of lugging and usually two of us to move them. When I laid this out, I was surprised that it went flat quickly with no fold lines visible, and it also seems to stay put without moving around. The design of this rug is really pretty. It has a bit of an eclectic feel, but it's also has muted soft colors to go with most decor. I really like it and as I replace my expensive wool rugs, I think I will be getting more of this type.

It's unfortunate that small area rugs are often shipped folded. This one was in a small box and according to the instructions the creases are supposed to disappear after a few days. It has been a few weeks and the creases, though reduced, are still there. I have mine on a ceramic tile floor. It does not lay flat. The non-slip backing doesn't grip as well as it should. The design & color does not look nearly as attractive as the photo. Two positives: Unlike most area rugs these days it is actually 5x7. The rug is thin but feels very soft.
