I love the realistic uneven stonework & wood base & mantle. It was delivered without care, tho, so a chunk of stone was marred. The company has wonderful customer service, & refunded a small portion to me, as it was too big & heavy to send back, just to run the risk of worse damage in the next delivery. I used a bit of spackle & grey paint myself & it’s perfect now! I also got a tiny fireplace crackling noise machine to use with it, and it’s the best thing ever! My beautiful realistic fireplace is on daily for beauty & ambiance. It’s heavy & needs someone strong to lift & carry & unpack and plug in, but I loved that it was already assembled so he didn’t have to do that! ... show more

Fireplace is well constructed, puts out an adequate amount of heat into a large room with high ceilings, has a pretty and adjustable flame, is very good looking and the dimensions are exactly as stated. The only negatives are the “logs” are not very real looking, there is only one fan speed, and there is a noticeable rattle when the blower is on. Of note, it came with a large hole in the shipping box and placed upside down even with distinctive arrows pointing to up. This was a delivery issue. Love the look. Love the fireplace look. Love the heat. Worth it! I noticed after admiring the fireplace that it almost looked like there was a block missing to the right of the right side of arch but when I took a close view of the picture on Amazon the fireplace looks exactly like mine looks. If they asked how to improve I would say put another block at the end of the right side of arch. Not a big deal. I should stop staring at it but it is so nice to look at. Love it! ... show more
