Downstairs I was needing a new area rug for the little ones play area. I have been attempting to find one that had either an ocean theme or jungle theme to make it interesting for our young family members to enjoy. After searching for a bit, I did find one made by the LIVEBOX store. Based on the visual presentation and prod. details, I thought this would be a fantastic area rug to add. Therefore, decided to order this and now that I do have this home and set up- I will say this was created with great skill and creative vision. The colors are very vibrant and catches the eyes. Great for children and encouraging creative ideas. *Special features worth mentioning: -This is a washable area rug- which makes this very convenient for practical purposes -9x12 being the largest they offer at the writing of this review. They do offer sizes: 5x7, 6x9, and 8x10 as well -Color choices: Blue, Purple or Yellow -Material: faux wool -Low Pile -Safe for kids and pets All in all, I do find that the designer of this gorgeous Jungle area rug did an outstanding job. The material is soft, and although it is made of faux wool- the grade of material is satisfactory and soft. I do appreciate this lies flat and is a low pile area rug. It's a nice carpet and easy to clean. Very soft but a little slippery when children are playing on it. I have it on top of a carpet and it moved a lot so I taped it with carpet tape.

This huge jungle motif rug is bright and cheery, with amazingly bright and beautiful colors. The pile is low, but very soft and it is nicely finished along the edges. I placed the rug over a pad in the basement, where we've set up a playroom for the grandkids, and they love it! It is somewhat slippery for stocking feet, hence the pad, but overall, it's been a big hit and has done a lot to brighten up the play area, which can get dreary during the snowy winter months. As far as machine washing, it is way too heavy and big for my washer, but it will fit into a commercial front loader and dryer nicely, and when it needs to be cleaned, I'll just take it to the laundromat. So far, it's been easy to vacuum up and shows no sign of wear.

I got the yellow. It looks great, but I cannot get over how soft it is. I have looked at hundreds of rugs and I always feel the fabric. This is softer than any other rug I have ever touched. The nearest one to this described itself as ‘faux rabbit fur’, and I think that would be a fair description of this rug’s texture. It makes you want to take your shoes and socks off and just rub your feet all over it. This made an instant impression with our grandson, who was captivated by it. I think small children are going to love this rug. It invites fantasy and play, and will liven up any room it graces. Six stars. It makes soft rugs feel rough.

This is a really nice "tropical theme" rug, which has a nice rubber backing which should resist slipping well and is actually very soft on your feet. It comes folded in a box, so when you take it out there may be some light creases, and the description suggests a method to remove them, but honestly, a little time is all you really need. The quality of the edging seems very good, and I have no reason to expect this to start to fray or anything, so the overall quality is quite excellent. It's available in 3 distinct color patterns, so it should be easy to find one to match your decor, and the overall look is just amazing...it definitely draws the eye. 5 stars.
