Bought this jacket for my sister recommended by a friend. Sister needed a warm versatile winter jacket. She absolutely loves it and has the pink one. It is true to size and she says depending on the outfit can get a little snug but not drastic. However she is running into a longer frustrating process when washing the jacket-the tough dirt stains will never come out she is convinced after several washes some by hand , others were stain remover soaks etc. Then taking a much longer time period to dry than expected. Is it just the pink color? Is she doing something wrong etc? Anyone else run into this situation? She has only had the jacket a couple of months and has not worn it for anything strenuous such as skiing etc. We’ve looked at other jacket brands but we’re actually buying the same color one again she likes it that much! Any input is appreciated.

This is a very well made jacket. I love the inside and outside pockets. They were functional. Beautiful color. Reduced star was due to sizing. It runs big. I’m 5’0, 120 lbs. I wear small/medium but ordered small in this jacket based on item sizing. The small is big and long. The shoulders are quite wide so I looked like the Michelin man. I returned this item but ordered an XS in a different color as this beautiful blue color is no longer available. I’ll review the XS once received.

I liked this jacket. It is a flattering, well designed jacket. I’m picky about the quality of materials used, pocket placement, zippers and overall fit/design. This jacket fits most of my criteria. I am 5’6” 130lbs athletic build. I like my winter outdoor gear slightly fitted for warmth. Two things: 1) The sleeves run a little short. Body sizing ok. 2) The jacket is pretty heavy and bulky. This was the deciding factor for me. I live in Colorado. I would have liked to be able to use this jacket for winter use and travel. The bulk and weight of it would not allow for the travel part, so I returned and found another Little Donkey Andy jacket that suits my needs better. P.S. Love this brand!! Quality, well designed and AFFORDABLE outdoor clothing. Thank you!!

Tried to step out my ordinary purchasing colors and got this red jacket in tbd picture it looks more burgundy than red but in person it’s a red and I do not like red I tried something new and this is the results. It is made well and the inside pockets will be helpful with my phone and the days I do t want to carry a purse. Also I think I need to go up a size to account for the boob area. I was able to zip up but I would like a little more wiggle room. Would recommend it has a cute silhouette and should do the job. Think I’m going to go with grey or blue if that’s an option

This coat is nicely waterproof and very warm, but I often take it off and my entire torso and arms are sweaty, and my clothes are damp. I wouldn’t want to wear it camping because if clothes are wet underneath when you take off a layer, you will feel more chilled as the water evaporates and draws heat away from your skin. They need to add some small holes in key places (like under the arms) to better circulate the air inside the coat. Otherwise, I’m fairly happy with this purchase. My usual size fits well, even over bulky winter clothing.

I purchased this item on a few days before going on a Alaskan Cruise because the jackets/coats I have are bulky and wouldn’t fit into my suitcase easily. I needed so it could be packed easily and was lightweight and according to the reviews and pics was loose fitting and warm. I bought the size after looking at the size chart. It is snug. It does not even reach around my body enough to get even close to being able to zip. Bad on my part for waiting to order but then I thought what i currently have would pack easily so didn’t know it was needed until I started packing for trip. The sizing chart is not even close. I’m going to have to drag my heavy coat with me on the trip for 7 days since the sizing on this was incorrect. Will be returning when I am back from trip. Dissappointed.
