I really enjoy these shorts. This is the second pair I have purchased. They are very comfortable, easy on, easy off. Perfect for golfing or hiking, lots of zipped pockets. I enjoy the length, right to the top of my knee.

Comfy & fit well

These are so comfy and just the right length. Lightweight and cool to wear. I removed the belt that came with them. They have a zipper & button in addition to a stretchy waistband. I'm 5'6" and 137 pounds - size M fits me just fine I read a review about them arriving with a stubborn crease that could not be removed. Mine also came tightly folded in a small bag, with creases that did stayed put even after washing. I used a very COOL iron and the creases came right out. Washing instructions say NO IRON, but I risked it and it worked. Just FYI, I'm not sure how they would work for travel if you care about creases! I will probably get these in another color. ... show more

defective sewing
I like the shorts. I tried them on when I got them. They did not seem to fit like an x-large normally would on me. They felt tight and uncomfortable. I thought I need to loose a few pounds and they will fit better. I put them through a cold wash on delicate and a low dry cycle. After washing and drying, on closer inspection I discovered that the back right pocket was sewn into the back side seam. B that time I couldn't return them. I should have inspected them more closely.To solve the problem, I cut the pocket away from the side seam and zig zagged a new seam on the pocket.The pocket is a little misshapen but no one sees it. They fit great now. In all, I am happy with the shorts. If they weren't defective when they came from Little Donkey Andy, I would be 100% happy. ... show more

Bunched elastic results in mysterious shape.
I ordered a small. The shorts have a wonderful, lightweight, water resistant material with lots of pockets. However, the pants are sewn where the elastic is so bunched up in the back, that it looked as if I had a mysterious growth protruding from my upper backside! Most peculiar. Scenes from The Alien clouded my mind. Maybe they are just too big..:. Will exchange for a smaller size and review again! ... show more
