Amazingly nice product, batteries hooked up perfectly, app installed in seconds and battery status is great. The app allows you to create an item, such as "boat" and link the batteries together to show the 36v that my boat uses. Very nice all around. Batteries are very light compared to older batteries. Purchased minn kota 3-port lithium charger, all working together terrific. Batteries arrived in good shape and very quickly. Highly recommend this battery.

One of the two batteries I ordered is already showing abnormal data detected and asking that I fully discharge it. What? I haven't hooked them up to a charger or my boat yet. This should never be the case these batteries should be plug and play.

2 cruises on an autopilot 120, zero complaints. Great battery and App. Update: right after I wrote this review, it won’t charge and the BMS is throwing error codes I’m trying to get some of my money back. They deduct shipping from your return. Look at their support page, it’s terrible.
