Very good product. They're as described, and work fine. My only gripe is that you have to make your brightness and color temp settings before you set the light in the drop ceiling grid. If you want to change it, you'll have to move ceiling tiles to get to the settings. Other than that, they're great. This unit is light weight making it easy to handle and manipulate into an existing drop ceiling. Wiring is standard and easy enough to do as long as you have enough room above the grid. If you were trying to install this in a tight space with floor joists, it could be a problem. I like that you can adjust the lumens and color temperature. Being light weight, it is a little flimsy and the hooks that hold it in place to the ceiling grid bend very easily. I would recommend this as an easy upgrade to an older style fixture. ... show more

Love that the J box is separate and the light plugs into it, which makes it easier to install, I'm used to holding the light on the ladder, wiring it up. I purchased 10 of these for our commercial building. They are OK. my biggest gripe is the packaging. Not enough cushioning on the corners and MOST of them showed up with dented in corners. The price is better than most places but they will get mishandled by the amazon drivers and show up damaged. This could all be fixed by proper packaging. As far as look goes, they are great. Install is easy and they are bright. Being able to switch warmth AND brightness is nice. ... show more
