The Inmotion RS is a great scooter, but I think the short shocks with 2000lb springs is too stiff. So I went with the Exaform 165mm with 1500 lb springs. What a difference! So much softer. The bushings were a direct fit, but make sure you have a good shock bushing removal tool, otherwise it's hammer time! ... show more

Better than a spring, adds some dampening to the ride. I installed on a SunSeeker Fat Tad CSX and fit was perfect, it's 5/8" longer than stock but this wasn't a problem. I do wish it was offered with different springs as the 650 pound one is a bit stiff for my weight (195). 450 would be nice. But it does improve the ride, not as jaring as stock so a good update. ... show more

Great shock, huge improvement over ride quality as not bottoming out and not to bouncy. It near perfect. You do have to get spring rate correct for bike and your weight.

This shock absorber is an excellent alternative to any of the expensive air shocks. For myself it works great on my custom built recumbent bicycle. Just installed upgraded air & oil shock on Engwe Engine Pro to improve ride. Just need to adjust some and good to go. I was able to tap out old shock upper bushings and used them like they said on new shock. Just use rubber or nylon hammer. And special thanks to Nicola for show and tell what they did on there Engwe e bike shock upgrade which helped me decide on this shock. Rode e bike this morning and some tooning .
