Easy-to-use, except weight of five gallons of it. Sweep excess gravel outside the area you would like to treat, pour on the substance and spread with a stick, trowel, or board. Sweep gravel on top of effected area. I've used this multiple times to keep a 35 year old roof from not leaking.
