This stuff is amazing. I needed to waterproof an old wooden deck that was leaking through the plywood into my house below. Took about 2.5 coats to get a sold seal and all gaps sealed. I used a paint roller and just really lathered it on thick. Spreads nicely and creates a nice thick seal. Took about 2, 5-gallon buckets for about 150 SF. Did minor touch ups with a paint brush in gaps and corners. Washes off easily with water. Takes a full 2+ days to fully cure. Very satisfied and will buy again. ... show more

I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had. The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up. I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use. ... show more
