- WATERPROOF ELASTOMERIC ROOF SEALANT: Liquid Rubber Color Roof Sealant is a liquid rubber waterproof coating designed for flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and metal roofs. Forms a seamless, flexible membrane that helps stop roof leaks and water intrusion while protecting the roof for years to come
- PROFESSIONAL-GRADE ROOF COATING: High-performance elastomeric roof coating that cures into a durable, rubber-like membrane with up to 900% elongation. Designed to flex with roof movement without cracking or peeling
- APPLIES LIKE PAINT, BUILDS A MEMBRANE: Apply by brush, roller, or airless sprayer to clean, dry roof surfaces. Requires multiple heavy coats to build the waterproof membrane; full cure typically occurs within 2448 hours
- ROOF-SPECIFIC COVERAGE RATES: Coverage is based on final membrane thickness, not thin paint coverage. One 5-gallon pail covers approximately 75 sq. ft. on flat roofs or up to 150 sq. ft. on sloped or metal roofs
- WATER-BASED & NON-TOXIC FORMULA: Low-odor, water-based formula with no harsh solvents. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use when applied as directed. Not intended for walking or traffic-bearing surface - product can remain tacky
- LONG-LASTING, UV-STABLE PERFORMANCE: UV resistant and solar reflective. Designed to hold up to extreme temperatures from -40F to 150F. Backed by over 20 years of experience and more than 1 million gallons sold
- COMPLETE THE SYSTEM FOR BEST RESULTS: Reinforce seams, joints, vents, and penetrations with Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Geo-Textile. Use Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer to improve adhesion on challenging surfaces
Description

Easy and no mess!
Size: 1 Gallon
Color: Beige
This product was very easy to use. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. We built a patio and used this to seal the roof to the gutter system. We followed the directions and had no problems. We have no leaks! The cleanup was easy. There was nothing messy about the process and the color matched perfectly with our gutters. So happy we purchased this product. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent product
Size: 5 Gallon
Color: Beige
This stuff is amazing. I needed to waterproof an old wooden deck that was leaking through the plywood into my house below. Took about 2.5 coats to get a sold seal and all gaps sealed. I used a paint roller and just really lathered it on thick. Spreads nicely and creates a nice thick seal. Took about 2, 5-gallon buckets for about 150 SF. Did minor touch ups with a paint brush in gaps and corners. Washes off easily with water. Takes a full 2+ days to fully cure. Very satisfied and will buy again.

Easy to use with a brush or roller.
Size: 1 Gallon
Color: Beige
I put this in my deck which is not wood. The deck has some type of composite over an iron frame which is about 25 years old. So far holding up with foot traffic. It sealed very well.

Great product
Size: 1 Gallon
Color: Beige
I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had. The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up. I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use.
