I love this product, it looks like I have a new tile floor. It goes on so easy. The only thing I had problems with was the tip wearing down quickly but I found instead of holding the pencil hard on the grout, I press down on a piece of paper so I get the tip soaked with paint, it works so much better and the tip holds up really well. This is a good pen. It covers well and lasts long enough to cover my whole kitchen floor. The only improvement would be the applicator tip. Maybe I pushed too hard because I ran out of tip before i ran out of color in the pen. It comes with a little brush but I don't know what it's for...maybe wider grout lines? The brush has rather soft bristles so it wasn't useful to clean the grout before I used the pen. I would buy this again because it came out so liberally and had good coverage. ... show more

Great concept, poor tip design. The tips ended up just falling apart after covering a few grout lines so I ended up tossing them and just using a cotton swab. For what I needed to do in a smaller kitchen it worked really well for me.
