I will be returning this item. It does not release and is in a locked position. It is defective. The return was supposed to be free. However, it is only free if you return it to an actual UPS store, not a UPS drop-off location (which is normally free, but I will be charged if I choose this option). The closest UPS store is about 45 minutes away. I don't feel I should be charged for this because it is a defective item and it stated above that returns are free. This is unfortunate, especially due to the high gas prices. Either way, I lose. I will try to order another one of these and hopefully the second one is not defective. ... show more
