Description

Product description As the young lion prince Simba, you'll grow to discover what it means to be rightful ruler of the Pride Lands. But first you'll have to outrun a wildebeest stampede, escape a wildfire and more! There's never a dull moment when you're King of the Beasts! Simba's rite of passage from princely cub to king of the jungle is documented on the PlayStation with Disney's The Lion King: Simba's Mighty Adventure. In this 3-D adventure, players will take Simba through 10 levels, avoiding treacherous jungle obstacles and besting other beasts. Every level that Simba completes gets him closer to the throne, as he collects paw points and other items that signal his progress. But the game's more than just a platform power struggle; many different minigames will keep the young prince trained and entertained on his way to the top.

  • If you enjoyed Disneys Tarzan from Playstation 1/Nintendo 64 era you will enjoy
This game is fun even years later. Its graphics are aging....but the gameplay is very fun. I'm surprised how hard the game is even on easy.....but then again Disneys Tarzan is also very hard. Plenty here to enjoy for fans of the Lion King movies. Not sure if kids today would play this.....but this is from my childhood and its fun even now. ... show more

  • Lion King Fanatics!
I loved this game growing up but now looking back I was young and I mean what can you expect? I recently played and finished the game within a few days (delivery took about a week) and was disappointed. With today's graphics I was hesitant to play the game. I mean you can't really blame anyone for that since this game is a fossil for God's sake. Anywho, everyone/thing is blocky and the voices just aren't right.. the cutscenes were good and the story line but it just isn't what it use to be. The controls suck (can't use analog sticks) and you don't really advance/grow in the game. You keep the same moves and kinda run around collecting stuff.. The game CD, case art, case, etc. was flawless though :) I really appreciated the upkeep with the game because it was near perfect. I'll keep it as a memory. ... show more

  • It was an alright game.
I bought this because The Lion King is my all time favorite Disney movie. The controls for this game where a little weird and the game its self was very repetitive. Just when i thought i beat the game there's still other stuff in the past levels you have to collect which are really hard to get to. Over all it was an alright game. But i would only recommend it to true Lion King fans. ... show more

  • Memory lane. Kids loved it!
Amazing and fun. Played when I was a kid, I'm now 29, my kids (8 & 6) love it. They beat it right away but it was also challenging for them. They had a blast with this game.

  • Lion King PlayStation game.
This game is fun, but also a bit hard. It follows the story pretty well. I enjoy playing it even if I have not yet beaten the game. I just got it so , it will be a while before I beat the whole gsme.

  • A decent game
I usually dont expect much from licensed games, but I had some fun with his one. The game is meant for kids, but its pretty difficult (very similar to the "Tarzan" game on ps1). I reccomend giving this to someone who already knows how to play games and wants to expand their library.

Simba’s Mighty Adventure was one of my favorite games growing up, having it again just made me so nostalgic. 🖤💚🖤

  • Too easy but with horrid controls
This is has got to be one of the worst games I've played and I know it's on an older console but man this game was so easy I beat it within a few minutes after it arrived the graphics look bad by PlayStation one standards , the controls are horrid and clunky and overall it's just bad I sold it at the nearest game shop that sells and buys retro games. Honestly I would not recommend this game at all to either lion king fans or fans of the PlayStation 1 ... show more
