The yarn itself is great, I love using it, the only problem I have with it would be pilling but I really don't mind it. I've used Wool-Ease Quick and Thick for many of my projects, but ordering certain colors are a bit hard to find leading me to get them here. I ordered two three-packs, so six skeins of yarn, and well I recieved only two skeins of yarn in my package... $37 dollars for two skeins of yarn... This was advertised as a three pack,only received one skein of yarn. Would have liked the option of getting the two missing skeins of yarn. No option, but to send back the item.

Product description is incorrect. Only received one skein of yarn instead of the advertised 3. Requested a replacement hoping the first was an error. 2nd order was only 1 skein as well. The description says it is a pack of three. I ordered 2 of the three packs and received only 2 balls of yarn. I asked to replace the item and requested that it would be escalated to make sure we received the 6 balls that we ordered, however, I received the replacement and it also contained only 2 balls of yarn. ... show more
