It was easy to assemble, fit through the narrow RV door, and the pieces are easy to move around as needed. It sits fairly shallow, but we knew that based on measurements. Storage space was a must for us. Its pretty firm, not the coziest, but not uncomfortable. Considering scotchguarding the fabric, we will live a lot of life on this sofa and it doesn't seem to be stain resistant.

Perfect size for my small space, I really love the material, and it was super easy to put together! Cushions are quite firm but I think it’s comfortable, I fall asleep on it all the time. Took off one star only because one of the legs on the chaise part did not screw in right, almost like it was stripped. I was able to make it work, but it would most likely fall apart if you were to jump on the couch. Overall super impressed with the quality. I love the color too, it said gray but it’s blueish gray and it’s perfect! The corduroy is great and the fabric seems to be great quality. The back rest cushions are super fluffy and comfy, I love that they Velcro to the back of the couch so they always stay in place.

I just barely got it put together, and it was really easy to put together. It comes already built, you just have to slide the pieces together. With tapered metal sliding pieces, that’s the biggest job because it’s hard to get on the tracks. I got to the end of it; and tried to put the armrest on the couch, but the brackets were placed so that I would have to lift the couch to put it on the armrest. I took off the hardware and just changed them out. Which was really easy to do. I just used the Allen wrench provided and it was 8 screws total, took me like 10 minutes or less. I have a small place and it fits really well. The fabric is super soft, and the cushions are a little more firm, but not too firm. Overall it’s comfortable. Good price for money, storage is really nice, and it pulls out very smoothly. The outlet it comes with is USB and USB C, which is nice. And you can move the long side of the couch to the left or the right side, so it’s very customizable to your needs.

Whenever I purchased it came out to $760 and some change, after taxes about $780. The product is NOT bad, I just don’t think it is worth the price. I initially requested a return because of the color. I originally thought it would be similar to the images (light blue) but upon arrival the sofa was more of a navy blue, nothing compared to the images. The couch was easy to assemble, however I noticed gaps between the pieces that slides out (uneven in the extended piece), some of the couches pieces didn’t fit evenly meaning either the pieces that came were not correct or the hardware wasn’t assembled correctly by the manufacturer. The slide out piece also struggled to pull out due to the wheels, furthermore the wheels became loose quickly (the wheels were pre-assembled by the company). Overall, size is perfect if you’re looking for a smaller space, and the couch is comfortable. I appreciate the storage the couch offers on each side. I decided to keep the couch because the manufacturer provided me with a discounted rate which encouraged me to keep the piece. I hope this helps with your decision.

The hardware on the side (chair arms) was reversed. We had to take it off and reverse them to make the arms slide on. The cushions on the back of the coach were upside down. The part that was suppose to catch the velcro was on the top of one of the cushions rather than the bottom. The zipper tab on one of the cushions was missing, so it unzipped all of the way down with no way to close the cushion back up. The screws holding the sliding part under the coach broke off due to the screws splintering the cheap participle wood. We had to glue the wood and reattach the screws with another piece of wood. Would never purchase from this company again. After rebuilding much of the Loveseat we decided not to return because it would have been very difficult due to size and weight.

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited to receive this furniture for my one bedroom home so I could offer friends and family a comfy, cozy place to stay overnight. The couch arrived in three separate shipments, all earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Assembly was straightforward overall, though I did run into an issue with one armrest and the right side of the couch. The sliding connectors were placed incorrectly, and I had to unscrew and switch them around. The couch is small. As shown in my photo, the chaise section is very small. I’m 4’1” sitting up and my feet already reach the end, so while it’s a perfect size for me, it’s too small for others. The pull-out works smoothly and easily, which I appreciate. The fabric feels very soft, but it tends to shed onto clothing, so I find myself desperately needing a lint roller before heading out. The biggest disappointment is the firmness of the seating. The back cushions are wonderfully soft, but the rest of the couch is much too firm and uncomfortable for sitting or lounging. Because of this, I honestly regret the purchase and wouldn’t buy it again. If I could return it, I would.

I bought this for my small apartment about 3 months ago and it fits and looks amazing. The plug in that come in the couch are so convenient. My only downside is the cushions while they are comfortable, they are slightly more firm that it looks. This is something I just had to get used to but if you’re looking for a more comfy cozy couch I would find something else. This couch is still comfortable but not rotting on all day comfortable. As well, it is very soft and so far has held up very nice.
