Perfect size for my small space, I really love the material, and it was super easy to put together! Cushions are quite firm but I think it’s comfortable, I fall asleep on it all the time. Took off one star only because one of the legs on the chaise part did not screw in right, almost like it was stripped. I was able to make it work, but it would most likely fall apart if you were to jump on the couch. Overall super impressed with the quality. I love the color too, it said gray but it’s blueish gray and it’s perfect! The corduroy is great and the fabric seems to be great quality. The back rest cushions are super fluffy and comfy, I love that they Velcro to the back of the couch so they always stay in place.

I love it so much! So soft and cozy. The color is perfect and it’s pretty comfortable. Great for a small house. The only thing i struggled with was sliding the pieces together, it was hard to light up the little brackets. Other than that, such an easy build.

The couch is not grey, it's blue. I only emphasize this because I really wanted a grey couch for my living room theme. At first i thought i was color blind but i bought this grey carpet in the photo so you can see. If you're looking for a grey couch then this is not it. Its not even a dark grey. Its blue. The couch is also super small and low. If you have good knees then fine but my mother complains. Because the couch is small in size I had to purchase an extra piece making the total almost 750. Worth it? Mmm not really. Positives. It is super easy to build with the instructions. Couch pulls out into a bed easily. Not a super comfortable bed but if its a one night sleep for a guest than its fine. Ive had it for almost 2 months and I'm not a fan of it.

I am so much more impressed with this couch than i expected to be. It fits perfectly into my space, the storage is great and I love that it pulls out! It’s surprisingly comfortable and I love the option for the charging ports. I am really happy with the customer service team! I put this together back in January and the backrest on the chaise seemed loose. I thought it was something I’d done wrong or that maybe the connection was loose but I finally realized earlier this week that it was broken. I sent some pictures to customer service and they sent an entire new chaise to replace this one! Overall a really great experience and an excellent couch for such a low price.

My experience with this sofa has been a complete nightmare. The sofa's material is rough and scratchy, reminiscent of hard faux linen or a soft burlap sack. It feels far from the comfort one expects from a couch. It's not just disappointing; it's downright uncomfortable. I woke up with excruciating back pain after falling asleep while watching TV. To make matters worse, I've frequently found myself wedged between the cushions. The discomfort and physical pain it has caused are both disappointing and disheartening. It's incredibly frustrating to return home to this couch, knowing it will only lead to more discomfort. The backrest is a cruel joke; it's clearly not designed with human comfort in mind. To add to the misery, the constantly sliding cushions are an absolute nuisance. Assembly wasn't the problem here; it was relatively straightforward and quick with two people. However, my frustration reached new heights when I learned about the back extenders. It's clear to me that this is nothing but a scheme to extract more money from customers. The intentionally short backrest seems designed to compel people to purchase these extenders. Yet, they are perpetually sold out, and even if you manage to get your hands on them, I don't see them rectifying the issue. The cushions are of such poor quality that extending the backrest wouldn't significantly improve the couch's comfort. And as if that wasn't enough, the return cost is a crushing blow. It's as expensive as the sofa itself, which means we'd lose all our money and still be left without a suitable couch. When I purchased this sofa, I expected, at the very least, comfort. After all, isn't that the fundamental purpose of a couch? To provide a place to relax and unwind? Unfortunately, this sofa utterly fails in that regard. It may have the ability to convert into different shapes easily, but if it isn't comfortable, all those features become irrelevant. Every moment spent on this sofa has been a miserable experience. Whether it's watching TV, attempting to entertain guests, or just trying to relax, the shortcomings of this piece of furniture have been a constant source of annoyance and disappointment. The incessant cushion movement adds to the overall discomfort. One moment, you're sinking into the couch, and the next, you're feeling as though you're perched on a pile of bricks. It's truly devastating that we spent almost $2000 on a sofa that we not only dislike but actively hate.

This couch is comfortable and cute. The seats are thick. Comes with pillows for the back cushions. Which are actually really comfortable. But for a grown man maybe not because it's seats are short, so laid back his feet and half calf are hanging off. He is only 5'9". I really love it though. It's easy to put together. Like other comments state, good for a bedroom couch or little she shed type thing. Or if you don't mind your feet hanging off the edge while watching tv. For the money? To me adorable, cute but I've gotten bigger for 500$. Find out quality with time.
