Ordered the 4 seater with two ottomans and LOVE IT. It’s so comfortable. I’ve been using it around 3 months now. I love to put the two ottomans together for movie nights. Or turn it into a big rectangle and throw blankets and pillows there. It’s on the firmer side so you don’t sink into it but I like that. The back is lower than most traditional couches I think, but that’s perfect for my space. There were no issues shipping all boxes came at the same time and quicker than the expected delivery time. I let the couch sit for 48 hours without sitting on it to let it fully “rise”. It was so easy because I just basically opened the boxes and let them rise and that’s it - no assembly. They all rose to the size they were supposed to be (pretty much immediately) and were even in size thank goodness. There has been no issues or break down yet. Compared to this size couch at the big sandy or Ashley home store I am so happy with the value for the money I spent!!

I never really write reviews for anything I buy, but I felt like I had to for this purchase! I am absolutely in LOVE with how this couch turned out. Very easy to carry in since it comes in multiple boxes which is nice and very easy to assemble! I have never seen anything this low price for this nice of a couch. Absolutely love having movie nights now. The material is so soft and the couch itself is firm but actually very comfortable. I think the firmness is great since it holds its shape great even after laying on it for hours! I love the new modern yet minimal look of decor and this was perfect! I really do recommande purchasing if you are hesitating!

I bought this couch because a friend of mine had one and I was looking to upgrade. I was super nervous because of it being vacuum sealed and I saw some reviews of them not inflating properly. It was absolutely worth it! I love this couch. It’s massive and super soft to the touch. It is very firm which was exactly what I wanted. I will say the ottomans are a bit less firm on the edges. It looks amazing and I was able to arrange it to fit my living room perfectly. And since I got 4 pieces with two ottomans I love that I can arrange it into a makeshift bed that fits me at 6 foot tall with plenty of extra room. Absolutely would recommend!

I like the firmness and color of the couch. How easy it is to put together. For mine, the unevenness of the middle couch vs the ends is a problem. The middle seats are waaaaay firmer and look fuller. The ends look like they didnt expand completely or are done with the same materials as the ends. I let the couch expand the full 72+ hours before i used it. And i received the ends before the middle seats yet the middle seats look way better

Do not order this couch under any circumstances unless you’re ready for endless hassle! Half of the couch arrives completely defective, and even after it expands, the same issues remain, including uncomfortable waves in the upholstery. I also do not recommend their customer service, which only drags out the process and sends compensation two weeks after the complaint. Bottom line—not worth the money or the trouble! In the picture, the couch after two weeks of waiting for it to expand.

This is my first time buying a piece of furniture this big and I am SO impressed. 1. The couch came in 3 separate sections. I was under the impression it would only come in 2 but I was wrong. The middle seat was misplaced on another truck but FedEx figured it out and made it right. I will say, before I realized it was a FedEx issue, I messaged the seller to let them know what was going on and still have not received a response. Weird but I got the couch so I’ll move on. 2. The green color is gorgeous! 3. The fabric is SO soft! 4. I do not like a couch where I feel like I’m forever sinking. Once this bad boy takes its allotted 72 hours to expand to its full size, there is no sinking. It’s firm but not firm enough to be deeply uncomfortable. It’s actually the perfect amount! 5. Very easy to put together! Like it’s even easier than what you think. Pieces are heavy prior to being deflated but that’s expected. I’m really impressed with this sofa and I think you will be too!
