I never really write reviews for anything I buy, but I felt like I had to for this purchase! I am absolutely in LOVE with how this couch turned out. Very easy to carry in since it comes in multiple boxes which is nice and very easy to assemble! I have never seen anything this low price for this nice of a couch. Absolutely love having movie nights now. The material is so soft and the couch itself is firm but actually very comfortable. I think the firmness is great since it holds its shape great even after laying on it for hours! I love the new modern yet minimal look of decor and this was perfect! Great for kids and college students. Not as great for adults. We got the 6 piece option. 2 end pieces with arm rests, two middle pieces, two ottomans. My children (4 and 6) LOVE it! They take it apart and make obstacle courses. It keeps them entertained for hours. So that gets 5 stars. BUT the couch itself is not as good as it could be. The two end pieces with the arm rests are WAY squishier than the two middle pieces. My husband can’t really sit on the end pieces without just sinking down to the floor. And the end pieces also never rose to their full height. We waited a full 72 hours before using it AND I dampened it and blow dried it and massaged it like the instructions say to do. Nothing I did made any difference. The end pieces probably rose about an inch more than their original state once the box was opened. And that happened within 30 minutes. The two middle pieces achieved full height within 30 minutes. They are about two inches taller than the end pieces and so much firmer it is like you have two different couches next to each other. The look is good. I like the green color and the feel. The depth is good! Size overall is good. Value for money is pretty good for today’s day and age. $800 used to buy you an actual couch. Now it buys this. Overall I would recommend to parents with small kids (they can’t destroy it) or college students. ... show more

I love this sofa. Nice and firm with no assembly I was shocked how comfortable it is. One of my single couches didn't expand fully, I was a little disappointed because I liked the set. I sent an email to explain the issue and they were very prompt in a return email to help remedy the problem. They ended up sending me a replacement seat about a week later and I had no issue, it expanded perfectly as you can see in my last picture. I highly recommend and will probably purchase more of this product in the future! ... show more

This is my first time buying a piece of furniture this big and I am SO impressed. 1. The couch came in 3 separate sections. I was under the impression it would only come in 2 but I was wrong. The middle seat was misplaced on another truck but FedEx figured it out and made it right. I will say, before I realized it was a FedEx issue, I messaged the seller to let them know what was going on and still have not received a response. Weird but I got the couch so I’ll move on. 2. The green color is gorgeous! 3. The fabric is SO soft! 4. I do not like a couch where I feel like I’m forever sinking. Once this bad boy takes its allotted 72 hours to expand to its full size, there is no sinking. It’s firm but not firm enough to be deeply uncomfortable. It’s actually the perfect amount! 5. Very easy to put together! Like it’s even easier than what you think. Pieces are heavy prior to being deflated but that’s expected. Do not order this couch under any circumstances unless you’re ready for endless hassle! Half of the couch arrives completely defective, and even after it expands, the same issues remain, including uncomfortable waves in the upholstery. I also do not recommend their customer service, which only drags out the process and sends compensation two weeks after the complaint. Bottom line—not worth the money or the trouble! This was my first attempt ever at buying a couch online and I'm very pleased! It's firm but comfortable and i love the soft material and the color! It does sit directly on the floor which had me worried about spills since i have young kids but so far the material actually seems pretty resistant. We have hardwood floors so it does occasionally shift (blaming the kids again for all the jumping around on it) but I think once we get an area rug that will help keep it all together and in one place. I also love the versatility since sometimes we want to extend it to create more seating and sometimes we prefer to leave one piece out so it fits the room a bit better. ... show more
