Great Modular Sofa with plenty of storage
Sectional was easy to assemble despite arriving in four packages over the course of a week. All cushions arrived vacuumed sealed and fully inflated after three to four days. The sectional is not extremely firm but firm enough and comfortable. Overall I love the ability to make multiple configurations and would like to purchase the versatile unit they have once available in gray.

Very nice replacement sofa
The end panels came days later with the instructions from the other pieces, but simple enough to figure out assembly. Bigger than expected! Have to rearrange the living room. Comfortable!! A few loose threads on some cushions, and was missing some U connection pieces so 1 ottoman is not connected, hopefully the company will send those. Overall holds all the kids toys out of site which was the desired outcome. Worried that the top under the cushions isn't going to hold up since it's flimsy and not a solid plank but time will tell.

Bad couch, do not buy. Do not Trust positive YouTube reviews!
Have had this couch for 1 1/2 years and have regretted every single moment of it: - Fabric quality is bad, and it started to pill as soon as it began being used. Now all fabric surfaces are rough to the touch. (See picture). - Zippers, about half have broken. The quality is bad and will break after repeated use. (See picture). - Gaps, this couch cannot be sat on without the cushions sliding to the side. Once that happens, you will have huge gaps between cushions. These gaps are uncomfortable and you will end up sitting on the metal brackets between seats. There is no way to avoid this. -Cushions, there are spring within each cushion, these can be now be as you sit or lay in the couch. - Arm rests, the side arm rests at first seem ok, However as you sit down and sink in the cushion, your body comes in contact with hard wood within it. This is extremely uncomfortable. My wife and I researched a lot in order to get this couch. In the end we watched YouTube videos where people reviewed this couch and gave good reviews. Do not fall for those, this is not a good couch.

Impressed
Honestly I was skeptical about purchasing this 7pc sofa set, after reading the reviews I was indecisive but gave it a shot, everything has it's pros n cons though, the Pros ( beautiful sofa, easy to assemble, comfortable, worry the buy) Cons ( not delivered on the time frame they provided and when it did arrive only I was missing two of the seats that makes it a four seater I was never notified that the shipment would be sent as two shipments I received the sofas Saturday, marked as delivered but monday I received the other two pieces that are missing, I think it would be a good idea to inform the customer that this shipment is sent as two shipments just so they can be aware of the delivery overall a great buy

Best couches a owned
Was not able to get standard pull out sofa bed due to small narrow door way. Glad I found these. Very easy to put together didn't need instructions they are self explanatory to put together. The video online also explain the instructions. Very comfortable. Best thing these are not bulky. My living room looks way bigger and I got more space because last couches were bigger and bulkier. I would recommend. After a day or two the foam is fully expanded. The amount of storage it has a plus plus. Had them for a couple of weeks. Zero complaints. Love them.

Not worth the price
Base unit is not comfortable for more than two people to sit on for long periods of time (watching a movie) doesnt have enough ottomans for anyone to sit on (unless youre under 5'7". Additional ottomans are over $200 so im just buying a different brand futon. This one isnt comfortable and definatly not worth the price. Dont waste your money.
